How to Take Screenshots using Keyboard:-

Step-1.1: Simply press Windows ⊞ key + PrtScr from your keyboard. If you system screen darkens for a second that means you successfully capture screen. Note the PrtScr key will change according to your keyboard. It could be Print Scr/SysRq.

Step-2.1: To see Screenshots folder, press Windows ⊞ + E key -> Pictures Folder -> Screenshots.

How to Take Screenshots Using the Snipping Tool:-

Step-2.1: First of all type Snipping in either Run box or Search box to open this tool.

Note: for Windows 10 or Windows 8: – Select the Start button -> search box -> Type Snipping tool in the on the taskbar, and then opt Snipping Tool from the list of results.

Step-2.2: From the opened window click on the New to select part of the screen to save it. Actually, this tool lets you select only those part of the screen which you want to save not whole screen like in above method.
